Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key liaison between customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery
Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers and transportation providers
Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and internal teams
Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperwork
Monitor inventory movements and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues
Maintain accurate records within ERP and inventory management systems
Generate logistics and transportation reports as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Qualifications

2+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or shipping coordination experience
Strong knowledge of freight, shipping, and inventory processes
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
International shipping experience is a plus
