Job Description

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key liaison between customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery
  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight with carriers and transportation providers
  • Communicate shipment status, delays, and delivery updates to customers and internal teams
  • Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other logistics-related paperwork
  • Monitor inventory movements and support inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP and inventory management systems
  • Generate logistics and transportation reports as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, manufacturing, or shipping coordination experience
  • Strong knowledge of freight, shipping, and inventory processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • International shipping experience is a plus
